For 30 years, Villas Trident has been the specialist in construction of « mas », the traditional Provence farmhouse. It completed around 1,300 projects from Avignon to Les Baux de Provence, from l’Isle sur la Sorgue to Saint-Rémy.

First coat : splattered then crushed, second coat : as chosen on the sample card : splattered then crushed. Fir tree framework in treated wood, ceiling on rails, or visible beams. Roof tiling in large terracotta tiles.
One or two ranks of tiles on the edges. Models with a floor or a mezzanine : Load-bearing floor with girders, concrete or wooden floor, visible beams. On lots of our models : capitals, bull’s-eye windows, pillars… in white dressed stones or stone coating.
Plasterworks, insulation :
ceiling in plaster. Under roof insulation in mineral wool, R=5 minimum. Peripheral walls insulation in 80mm + 10 mm (polystyrene + plaster), dry dividing walls. Acoustic walls. Peripheral insulation in hard glass wool 100 mm.
Woodworks :
Main door in exotic wood or metal. Outside woodworks in insulating double-glazing. 27mm or 32 mm shutters, high jointing and keys.
Tilt garage portal in metal or four leaves wooden portal. Protective irons in angles or wrought iron railings. Painted inside doors on a wooden frame. Sliding cupboards doors, slatted or solid wood.
Models with a floor or a mezzanine : stairs and banisters in exotic wood, or tilled stairs in concrete, wrought iron banister.
Floor covering :
stoneware tiles 20x20 or 30x30 or treated terracotta tiles, matching skirting, earthenware surface, decorated frieze.
Terrace floors in stoneware or paving stone.
Sanitary :
white, pastel or colour devices, mixer taps, immersion heater of 150, 200 or 300L.
Electricity, heating :
installation, distribution of electricity according to the “consuel” norms (C15.100). Electric heating by convectors or radiant radiators with integrated thermostats, or gas or fuel heating. Under floor heating, cooling, reversible air conditioning. Paint and glaziery (excluding paint on some models) : paints and treatments for the woodworks, wallpapers, pulp or paint for the ceilings and walls. Classic glaziery, hammered or printed in the outbuildings. End of building yard cleaning.
